Woodside Temporaries, Inc. screens and assesses temporary personnel in the exact same manner as Woodside Employment does for permanent/direct hire placements, thus generating the same high quality in temporary candidates as we hold in our permanent candidates.
Guarantee of Services
Woodside will not charge for an unsatisfactory temporary employee if the Client Company contacts Woodside within the first four hours of the employee's start time. Woodside will provide staff who will be responsible for managing client activity so that potential problems are identified as soon as possible. Our comprehensive system of quality control is designed to avoid the placement of inadequate temporaries and those related problems before they develop. Special care is taken during source selection to provide a perfect match of appropriate personnel with job requirements. This system results in an extremely low rate of "no shows" or replacements for inadequate work.
Protecting Client Confidentiality
The management of Woodside understands that due to the highly confidential nature of much of the work to be performed at client company offices, non-disclosure of confidential or proprietary information is critical to the successful execution of such work. In order to exceed the expectation of the Client company, Woodside has a Confidentiality Agreement that all temporary associates must sign before beginning work, at the Clients request. Clients should request the issuance of a Confidentiality Agreement upon request of potential Woodside Temporary personnel, or job order request.
Drug-Free Work Place Policy
Woodside's corporate drug-fee policy states that Woodside does not tolerate, condone, or accept the unlawful manufacturing, distribution, dispensing, possession, or use of controlled substances in our client's workplace. Furthermore, Woodside has an agreement with Roche Biochemical Laboratories to perform drug testing at the clients request. Woodside also prohibits smoking in the client's workplace. Our policy meets and exceeds the standards of the U.S. Governments Drug-Fee Work Place policy.

Insurance & Bonding
Woodside understands that although the temporary employees are indeed temporary to the Client Company, they are permanent employees to Woodside Temporaries, Inc. It is for that reason that Woodside employee's are covered by the most comprehensive insurance and bonding policies, and upon request, will list the Client Company as an additional insured.
